"I was in the market for new insurance specifically to lower my rates. I submitted a request for a quote online and very quickly afterwards I was contacted by Tiffany. She gathered some information and within minutes I received a quote. During the process I had additional inquiries which were answered immediately. I was slow to respond to emails but Tiffany remained patient and very understanding. I never felt pressured, I only felt valued. Ultimately I ended up getting insurance through Tiffany, not only because the rates were much lower, but also because I received superior customer service."

"I did not have a good experience here over the multitudes of times I tried to fix my policy. I was hoping to use this office for forever actually, but I was wrong. It is just snail-mail, the process of communication here. I wish you guys the best with your future endeavors but I will be bringing my business elsewhere."

"DO yourself a favor and go with someone other than Sara Miller's office. Geico is much lower cost, same coverage, and you will get much better customer service. Our family has been with this location for well over 20 years and we can't get a call back or get in touch with someone and have been reaching out for a week. Sara Miller is nowhere to be scene and will NOT take care of any issues you may have. Zero loyalty here with state farm!"

"I would have to say this is the most unprofessional State Farm location I have ever dealt with ! Have been insured with you guys for 20 years , called into get info on billing and your "Senior Agent Tina" was super rude! Because of her we will DEF be shopping other company's and looking to switch ASAP! Unreal how this lady talks to clients of this long, no customer service skills what so ever, hopefully she goes back into retirement cause she's costing you business! In response to your response, I have called and left you messages for call back along with messages with your staff, you have not called me back. 20+ Years with you guys and this is the service you get, unreal."
